Individual Virtual Therapy: $165.00 per 45 minute session

Payment Policy
Payment for therapy services is due at the time of service and online storage of credit card information for automatic, recurring processing is the required payment method. Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) are accepted, in addition to HSA and FSA cards. To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel scheduled appointments 24 hours in advice.
Insurance
I am not an in-network provider for any insurance company and I do not bill insurance companies directly. However if you have out-of-network benefits, you have the opportunity to see a therapist of your choosing, pay directly and then be partially reimbursed by your insurance provider. I am able to provide you with a statement so that you have documentation to submit to you insurance company for reimbursement.
If you need help determining your out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company’s customer service phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:
What are my ‘out-of-network’ outpatient mental health benefits?
How much of each therapy session will my insurance provider reimburse?
Must I meet a deductible before my benefits will begin paying for out-of-network providers?
Are there any limitations to services?
