Taking the first steps towards healing can be the most difficult. As your therapist, my focus is to support you on your journey towards feeling and living better.
I help adults find healing from traumatic relationships, handle perfectionism and recover from burnout. My practice is centered on addressing issues such as surviving abuse from a loved one; experiencing anxiety by over-thinking or negative self-talk and; feeling burnt out and fatigued from caring and doing for others.
In therapy, we can work together to find ways to cope and find emotional safety from racial injustice, systemic oppression and exposure to racially-motivated and gender-based violence.
You are too important to not take care of yourself.
As your therapist, I can help you discover patterns in your relationships, overcome difficult experiences, distinguish the differences between healthy and unhealthy boundaries and explore the dynamics that are interfering with your health and well-being.
In our work together, we can take a deeper look into what you need to feel more satisfied, emotionally safer and happier in your relationships with others and with your relationship with yourself.
